It also took time to know Tuvok, especially after he revealed himself to be a plant in the Maquis. However, he became a trusted friend to many as the show continued. No matter where he goes, Q is always the ringmaster.
At least that's what he believes. While he thought his relationship with Captain Janeway was going to be the same as it was with Picard, Q soon realized that his theatrical shtick wasn't going to cut it with Kathryn. This intrigued Q to the point he begins to feel an infatuation with Captain Janeway. He even asks her to bear a child with him because, being a Leo, he cheers on his own celebrity. However, he was also one to be humbled on occasion. In the episode "Q2," Q uses his connection with Janeway to help him find ways to control her godson, Q Junior.
A former member of the Marquis, the Klingon-human member of the Voyager crew is a good example of a Virgo. As the Chief Engineer, she needs to convert what she knows into understandable information for all to understand. She's also someone who doesn't cut corners when it comes to maintaining the ship's engines. As a Virgo, she expects perfection from her team. B'Elanna can be coarse and a fighter when it's necessary.
However, she's also kind and supportive when she becomes friends with others. This is especially true with her relationship and marriage to Tom Paris. As Captain Janeway's First Officer, Chakotay's primary goal is to establish equilibrium within the crew.
This was especially the case when he first came on board as a member of the Marquis. He needed to stabilize the friction between the Starfleet crew and those who had rebelled against the Federation for months.
He did this by establishing solid relationships with everyone. He melded the strength of the people he knew with those of the original crew. While it didn't always work out, Chakotay's strengths as a Libra paved the way for a successful seven-year voyage. As seen on Picard , Seven of Nine never got rid of her Scorpio sting. Quietly speaking to an individual one moment, she could strike out with a double set of phasers in the next second.
She's both passionate and powerful. Of course, this wasn't always the case. When she was invited to be part of the Voyager crew she was simply a powerful former member of the Borg. It took several years to establish friendships and, with Chakotay, some romance. Still, when Scorpio took over and her ego got in the way, Seven of Nine wasn't a nice person to be around. The Doctor, not to be confused with that other space-faring Doctor in a flying phone box, became a Sagittarius as the years progressed.
