Sooo I kinda killed her. And now the orphan children of the Honourhall Orphanage just stand there, saying "It's better when Grelod is dead" with nobody running the orphanage.
I know there's a few kids that can be adopted elsewhere, but I want Hroar from the Orphanage. Also, I can't marry anybody. I married Ysolda when I first bought the game, and I killed her as a Werewolf, hoping that I could remarry But it didn't work. All help appreciated! Thank you so much! Accepted Answer. I had the conversation with the child before bying the house so it may be a problem. I became Thane and bought the house, decorated it with lab and changed to child's room but still the conversation with the child is the same as if I didn't have a house and in fact I don't have the chidl's room even if i paid for transforming the alchemy lab. I unistalled the unofficial patch but same problem. I should have waited to buy this dlc that the many bugs mentioned in the wiki were fixed.
Riften is the only option I seem to have and I noticed there are a lot more kids running around the other holds. So one of these mods is causing the problems.
Since I disabled previously the dawnguard unofficial patch and it didn't work, I guess it's maybe UFO which changes something in Breezehome command field book. I don't know maybe it's another thing, For now I'll continue without mods The other 4, you're not. Other 4 are - Lucia - streets of Whiterun.
