Many people meet some of their best friends through the sport. Playing a sport you love is a great way to keep healthy. It makes staying in shape fun! Being high intensity, volleyball is a good workout and burns lots of calories. Each player uses their specialist skills to help the team. A serve that is un-returnable in which it either hits the floor or a controlled second contact cannot be made off of the pass. An ace results in a point for the serving team. A serve that is sent over by keeping the serving arm down and hitting the stationary ball in the opposite hand with a fist.
